Instructor at Kyu Shin Kan Dojo 

Began Aikido in 1974 at the age of eight on a junior class held at the Secular Hall Dojo in Leicester, under the instruction of Sensei Peter Brown, Shihan, and at the age of fourteen was given permission to train with the senior members of the Leicester Aikido Society.

In 1987 Joined the United Kingdom Aikikai, under the instruction of Sensei W. Smith.

From beginning Aikido in 1974 to the present, Kevan has spent time travelling to many courses to gain experience from different sensei's, however he is still training at the Kyu Shin Kan Dojo in Leicester, under the instruction of Sensei Peter Brown, Shihan, who he considers not only to be his instructor, but a good friend for all the help and support he has given over the years.
